“What’s Wrong with MAiD?” Presentations
Raising AwarEness about the Expansion of MAiD in Canada
Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), whether familiar to you or not, is an expanding component of healthcare that deserves thoughtful reflection within the faith community.
This presentation will be led by Larry Worthen, Executive Director of the Christian Medical and Dental Association of Canada, one of the most vocal and articulate Christian voices raising concerns about MAiD and its implications.
You’ll learn how MAiD laws may affect you, your loved ones, and the Canadian healthcare system at large. Together, from a Christian perspective, we will explore history, insights, and personal testimonies to better understand the growing presence of MAiD in Canada.
